NRS-30 Single-head Chuck Capper
Accurate and repeatable torque control- H-26 integrated cap feeder/sorter
- 13-120mm caps up to 60 per minute
The NRS-30 is a heavy duty self-contained, automatic “chuck style” capping system. It is specially designed to be very versatile with very fast changeover. It will apply caps at a rate of up to 60 per minute, depending on cap size.It comes equipped with our H-26 Vertical dial pin hopper/sorter, which is the best on the market. Also, 6’6” of conveyor, NEMA-4 control panel, and variable speed motors are all standard.

NRS-51-HES Large Size Single-head Chuck Capper

The NRS-51-HES is a heavy duty self-contained, automatic “Chuck Style” capping system. It is specially designed for large size caps (70-120), and is very versatile and easy to changeover. It can apply caps at speeds up to 45 per minute depending on speed.
It comes equipped with our high-speed HES-12 floor level hopper/elevator/sorter, which can deliver properly oriented caps at rates up to 200 per minute. Also, 9’6” of conveyor, NEMA-4 control panel, and variable speed AC/DC motors are all standard.
