The NRT-20 is a self-contained “In-line” system designed for tightening caps or pump/trigger sprayers. It is small and compact allowing you to roll it up to an existing conveyor line with ease. Easy to adjust – Hand crank height adjustment allows an easy changeover of the unit quickly without tools. Individually adjustable (optional) pneumatic clutches permit adjusting the machine while it is running.

The NRC-20 is a self-contained, low cost capping system. It is specially designed to take caps from bulk, orient and place them on a container, and tighten them (low torques only).NEMA-4 control panel, complete safety guards and interlocks, and simultaneous gripper adjustment are all standard. Available with patented gripper chain and Resina® molded gripper blocks also.
