Model NRX-4000

The NRX-4000 In-line Capping System is a breakthrough in machinery design. It is the first In-line capper to reach the 600 cap-per-minute speed, and has 18 patents approved by the US patent office. NRX-4000 comes equipped with our H-42 hopper/sorter or our HES bulk cap hopper/elevator/sorter depending on your needs. Also, new “gullwing” gripper design, touch screen controlled remote operator interface, 9’6” of conveyor, and adjustable “on the fly” air clutches are all standard.

Application: The NRX-4000 is a high speed In-line Capper that can handle caps ranging from 18-63mm.

Speed: The NRX-4000 is capable of speeds up to 600± per minute when used with HES-30 hopper/elevator/sorter.
